Compare the FourSquare response to criticism

Because I publicly criticized #Foursquare geolocates they stripped 13 Mayorships, deleted 1,400+ Friends & 1,000+ Tips from my 4S account. Compare the FourSquare response to criticism of their system’s geolocating glitches to how Hertz NeverLost responded to exact same public criticism. Hertz understands social media, reputation management and CRM. Foursquare is staffed with a bunch of NYC based THUGS!
